It’s best to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. However, we often have last-minute availability for weekday events including Monday-Wednesday evenings. Contact us to check current openings.

Absolutely! Unlike most venues, we have zero restrictions on catering and decorations. Bring your favorite caterer, order pizza, or prepare food yourself. Decorate however you’d like—we want you to make the space your own.
What’s included in the rental?
Your rental includes tables, chairs, sound system with microphones, high-speed Wi-Fi, climate control, 100+ parking spaces, as well as setup and cleanup time. You just bring your guests and party supplies!
How long can I rent the space?
Standard rentals are 4 hours, which includes setup and cleanup time. Need more time? We offer flexible rental periods—just let us know your needs and we’ll work with you.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, we need a deposit to hold your spot. The amount depends on the space and how long you need it. We’ll give you full pricing details when you are ready for a quote.
